Clinical testing for Covid-19

The COVID-19 lab part of the Biodesign Institute is the irst lab in the United States to offer public saliva testing to identify the presence of COVID-19. COVID-19 saliva testing is a less invasive, less labor intesnive process, requiring less medical personal, that is just as accurate. The Clincal testing lab was set up when cases of SARS-CoV-2 appeared in Arizona. To create this public testing facility, they partnered with multiple Arizona partners. The system was all very accessible for less invasive saliva test, connected to an easy to use website portal, that is connected to a case-tracking system.
