Center for Energy and Society

The Center for Energy and Society is a cross-university platform for knowledge creation and collective action. The center brings ASU faculty, researchers, students, alumni, and global partners together to explore how society and energy systems interact. Collective expertise is leveraged towards community outreach, research, policy-making, and education. The Center for Energy and Society works to enable and enhance energy innovation, end energy poverty, and design energy systems for social benefit. Members explore meaningful pathways towards climate resilience, build capacity for grassroots innovation, and examine the human and social dimensions of energy use in everyday life.
