Building a Collaborative Network to Support WOC in UX/UI

This is a research project part of WOC in Computing Collaborative that proposed that user experience (UX) might be a useful pathway to support students who are interested in tech careers but do not have tech backgrounds. Researchers wanted to emphasize the importance of language diversity in contemporary tech design.
